1.1. Services Offered: Custom laser engraving services for LARP, geek, and nerd categories, including but not limited to swords, shields, armor, and other collectibles.
2. Agreement to Terms
By using our website and services, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using our services.
3. Custom Orders
3.1. Order Process: To place a custom order, clients must submit their design requirements via our website or email. We will provide a digital proof for approval before engraving.
3.2. Approval: Once you approve the design, no further changes can be made, and you agree that the final engraved product will match the approved proof.
3.3. Lead Time: Standard production times are typically 2-4 weeks, depending on the complexity of the order. Rush services may be available for an additional fee.
4. Payment
4.1. Pricing: All prices are listed in USD, and applicable taxes will be calculated at checkout. Pricing for custom orders will be provided after receiving the design specifications. Once design is confirmed by customer 50% is due.
4.2. Payment Methods: We accept payment via credit card, Google, and Apple pay. payment is required before production begins.
4.3. Cancellation and Refunds: Once the order has been approved and payment is made, cancellations are not allowed. Refunds are only available if the item is damaged or does not match the approved design.
5. Shipping and Delivery
5.1. Shipping Methods: We offer shipping worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated based on location and weight of the item.
5.2. Delivery Time: Delivery times vary depending on location and shipping method chosen. Pixel and Steel is not responsible for delays caused by customs or postal services.
5.3. Damage or Loss: If an item is damaged or lost during shipping, please contact us immediately. We will work with the shipping provider to resolve the issue.
6. Returns and Refunds
6.1. Returns: Custom engraved items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
6.2. Refunds: If the product does not match the approved design or arrives damaged, we will offer a replacement or refund upon receipt of proof (photos or return of the damaged item).
6.3. Return Shipping: Return shipping for defective products will be covered by Pixel and Steel.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1. Ownership: All designs created by Pixel and Steel remain our intellectual property. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for personal or business use but may not resell or reproduce the design without permission.
7.2. Client-Submitted Designs: By submitting a custom design, you represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, and permissions to use the design.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1. Pixel and Steel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services.
8.2. Our liability for any claim arising out of or related to this agreement shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service in question.
9. Changes to Terms and Conditions
Pixel and Steel reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Please review these terms regularly to stay informed about any updates.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.
11. Firearms
11.1 I am not a Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder and do not provide services for functional firearms.
11.2 The customer, are solely responsible for ensuring that your item and the requested engraving comply with all laws.
